What we’ve built

Each project started with a different audience and a different problem to work through. Choose a poster to explore the demo, then read the notes about what we built and the decisions behind it. You can try the interactions directly in the working copies below.

What we look for in a website

We consider how someone will use the site before deciding how it should look. A law firm’s visitors may be under stress or unfamiliar with the legal process. That affects how much information belongs on a page and how clearly the next step needs to be explained.

  • A visitor should be able to understand what the business does without searching.
  • Navigation needs to work comfortably on a phone.
  • The business needs to be comfortable standing behind the information on the site.
  • The design should suit the firm or person whose name is on it.
